At Leena Lashes, we want to ensure your new lashes get to you quickly and securely! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, times, and policies.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • UAE Next Day Delivery AED25 : Cut off time 7pm - Typically arrives within 1 day once your order is shipped.

     

  •  

    GCC Shipping AED55: Typically arrives within 3-5 days once your order is shipped.

  •  

    International Shipping AED100: Typically arrives within 6-7 days once your order is shipped.

    We offer FREE UAE Next Day Delivery for orders over AED250!

    Processing Time
    We prepare each order with care. Processing generally takes 1 day (excluding holidays). During peak seasons, like holidays or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll work hard to keep you updated!

    Order Tracking
    You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on its journey. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to reach out to us!

    Shipping Restrictions
    We offer worldwide shipping! Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Lost or Delayed Shipments
    We know you’re excited to receive your lashes! If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know by contacting our customer service team. We’ll do our best to help track it down and resolve any issues.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
    For our international customers, please be aware that customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply, depending on your country’s policies. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Holiday Shipping Deadlines
    For special occasions or around holidays, we recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery on time.
